Welcome to @MyMeatlessMeals Official Website!
This is where I let my culinary creativity run wild
Hello there, beautiful citizen of the world!
My name is Mook. I'm a Bangkok-based food enthusiast from Thailand and a vegan.
I would describe myself as a natural home cook, a recipe developer, and a writer, in general.
I have passion for creating Kindness-Based food that are good for the body and for the conscience.
All of my recipes are original, some of them have been passed down to me from the elders in my family.
Of course, like most cuisines, Thai cuisine contains a lot of meat, but that is where I come in with my ideas.
I adapt and make changes here and there, to maintain the richness in flavours of those recipes, minus the meat.
It is my hope that people soon realise that all animals are not the only source of protein a human body can rely on.
I want everyone to know that vegan food is delicious and healthful, as well as it can be exciting and visually appealing.
This is why I started this blog. Not only do I aim to add variety to the food in the vegan community, I would like to encourage
everyone to try vegan food, and maybe, just maybe, the world wouldn't need to get protein from a slaughterhouse anymore.
I assume most of you would skip this part and go straight to the recipes, so for those of you who are (still) reading- I truly appreciate your interest.
Thank you, and I hope you enjoy your time on my website! :)
